Singapore China Town Lunar New Year Photography Walk by Singapore Institute of Management(SIM) and Information Technology Group (ITG) with John Arifin
The Lunar New Year celebration in Singapore at China Town is one of the most visited attractions for local and tourist alike. I led a photography walk organized by Singapore Institute of Management SIM and Information Technology Group (ITG) in early February. After a short briefing, everyone was very keen to try their camera skill. The topic for the evening was Low Light,Great Shots. I shared with the audience the technological improvements in the last 10 years that made low light photography possible today and how to maximise their cameras. Their cameras ranged from Leica M, Canon, Nikon, Pentax and Sony to smart phones. While our photographic background differed, our goal was to capture the spirit of the celebration of Lunar New Year with our cameras at China Town Singapore.
